RECOVERY & REGENERATION

PANAMA RECYCLED OXIDE PLATING

A special fabric is derived by reusing cotton scraps from the Stone Island production chain that are then reprocessed to obtain new yarns containing at least 50% recovered material. The fabrics from this elaborate recovery and regeneration process are utilised for new shirts, trousers, fleecewear, and outerwear, as seen on artist YOSHIROTTEN in the Autumn_Winter '024-'025 campaign.

02 DETAILS

The white Stone Island badge represents advanced experimentation and treatments applied to fabrics or finished garments.

An elaborate recovery and regeneration process is used to obtain the Panama weaved fabric made from 50% recycled cotton yarn and 50% Lyocell from cellulose.

The fabric is plated with inorganic coloured pigments based on iron oxides obtained through the recycling of ferrous materials.
