Hardcover Book
A volume that celebrates 30 years of Stone Island through a series of over 300 iconographic images from the archives.
This volume celebrates 30 years of Stone Island, one of the biggest brands in sportswear and casual clothing. Stone Island creates garments that are instantly recognizable thanks to refined finishes and, above all, the unique materials used, the result of the research that it continuously carries out in the textile field to obtain innovative fibers and performance fabrics. Through over 300 photographs of various models dating back to the 1980s, including sweatshirts, sweaters, pants, and, above all, jackets, the volume recounts the history and evolution of the brand, which has grown to draw in a diverse, transversal audience of admirers. The volume, introduced by a text by Carlo Rivetti, features a critical essay by Francesco Morace and photographs by Nick Griffiths.
