Authenticity
Authenticity Service
Stone Island has activated a garment authentication service. Since the Spring Summer 2014 collection, Stone Island has used Certilogo® technology and experience to offer customers the possibility of verifying the authenticity of their Stone Island and Stone Island Shadow Project products*. Starting from the Fall Winter 2020-2021 collection even Stone Island Junior garments can be authenticated, wherever they were purchased, either by using the 12-digit Certilogo code or by using a mobile phone to scan the QR Code. The code and QR code are on the security label inside the garments.
Enter the 12-digit CLG code in the field below. On clicking "Send" you'll be redirected to the Stone Island authentication service on the Certilogo website.
For further information, visit Certilogo.com.
*Some product families do not have CLG and QR Certilogo codes (footwear and some types of accessories).
In these cases, and for adult products pre-dating SS14, it is possible to verify a product's authenticity by contacting Stone Island directly: to do so, please send details and photos of the items in question to anticounterfeiting@spwco.it.
FIGHTING AGAINST FAKE PRODUCTS
Stone Island is aware of the existence of websites selling counterfeit products. Some even reproduce the brand's trademark and are therefore particularly misleading for consumers. These sites are often registered with a domain comprising the brand name Stone Island, or something similar, and additional words such as ‘jackets’, ‘outlet’ or ‘official’. It is our priority to defend and protect our customers and our brand. For this reason, we have activated every possible action against the online and offline sale of fake products and the shutdown of deceptive sites, listings, accounts and social media pages. To ensure effective and timely worldwide monitoring and enforcement activities, we rely on experienced anti-counterfeiting providers.
Those who have ordered or purchased a fake garment can go to their local authority and contact their bank to, where possible, block payment made to a suspected fraudulent site. To inform us of a suspected counterfeit product or website, please email anticounterfeiting@spwco.it including a link to the site or the name and location of the retailer. Our official website is www.stoneisland.com - and the Stone Island WeChat store in the Chinese mainland.
