Discover the technical details:

  • The outer box is made of 100% recycled paper to be reused in the event of a return.
  • The paper sleeve is made with paper from responsibly managed forests and contains at least 40% recycled PCW (Post-Consumer Waste) recycled materials.
  • Garment covers or garment bags are in R-PET made from 100% PCW (Post-Consumer Waste) recycled materials
  • The hangers included with the outerwear are made from Post-Consumer Waste recycled plastic.
  • We provide last mile delivery through "UPS® carbon neutral shipping".

    Standard items can only be cancelled before the parcel is ready to be shipped.

    Should you wish to cancel any item in your order, contact our Client Service and we will be happy to check if the cancellation is still possible.

    In case the order cancellation is no longer feasible, you can return or exchange standard items.
